THE RAINFOREST IS COMING on Tuesday, February 24th

Snakes, monkeys, kinkajous, beautiful parrots, macaws, amazons and cockatoos from around the world are all coming to our schools!

Understanding Wildlife is a non-profit organization which travels from California to present this incredible rainforest program. Animal trainers will make a presentation during the school day for Belle River students on Tuesday, February 24th.  Students will learn about how energy conservation and recycling can help save the animals of the rainforests.

At 5:30 and 7:30 pm, another exciting program will be available for the entire family at Palms Elementary School. Students will be able to interact with a few of these magnificent creatures. Flying macaws, talking amazons, and very mischievous monkeys will entertain and keep us laughing.

The cost for the program is $5.00 per person. (Children under 3 years old are admitted for free). All children must be accompanied by an adult. This is an amazing event for the entire family. Please come and enjoy this exciting event!

Mark your calendar now. Tuesday, February 24 at Palms Elementary at 5:30 & 7:30 p.m.
